Let us perform your website updates to keep your site secure and up to date. We will run regular backups of your site to ensure you are always safe from data loss. We also complete up to 2 hours of work per quarter in site updates, such as WordPress updates, plug-in updates and compatibility checks, security updates, and more.
Technical Maintenance covers up to 2 hours of work per month for the following updates to a WordPress site:
We will handle all the technical details so you can focus on creating great content for your site and marketing your business.
The technical maintenance package for website updates is only for the covered services listed above. However, we also offer content maintenance packages as well, which cover text and changes to your website.
We understand that your website is a valued business presence, so we schedule updates to minimize the impact to your online presence. Typically updates are handled once per month, during off-peak business hours (night/weekend). We complete all the updates that can be handled with minimal impact immediately after taking a backup of your site.
If an update requires more time than the allotted amount for the quarter, we may delay it to avoid disruption to your site. We will communicate with you to ensure that you can make an informed decision regarding any website updates that may incur additional charges by going over the time limit for the quarter.
We do not require any contracts for our maintenance packages. You can cancel the subscription at any time. Simply log in to your client account page on our site and submit your cancellation. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
